Bunbury’s Coffee Shop is a cozy, comfy little yellow bright spot in the heart of Piermont, NY convening community, providing respite for hikers, walkers, and cyclists traveling from all around the lower Hudson Valley & the go-to spot for our local coffee drinkers and muffin lovers – both young and old. We’re proud to be a woman owned and family operated business and on any given day, we are privy to witnessing love blossom, children growing and people reuniting. Aspiring artists, writers and all creative beings convene at the shop to embrace the warmth, energy and fragrances of the fresh baked goodies made on the daily.
Named appropriately after “Bunbury’s” in the Oscar Wilde play, The Importance of Being Earnest, we are also home to Bunbury’s Books, a self-publishing arm of Bunbury’s that helps authors publish their works; showcase local authors and have curated an eclectic mix of used books.

Coffee.
Our coffees come from Coffee Labs Roasters in Tarrytown, right across the river. All our espresso drinks emerge from a La Marzocco Linea, manufactured in Italy and known as the industry standard and a top of the line machine. Our baristas are trained “European-style” to the highest standards of drink making and customer service. This means ristretto (1 oz.) espresso shots, smooth lattes, and wet cappuccinos by default (lungo shots and dry cappuccinos available by request as well).
Teas.
Our teas are all loose leaf and are supplied by Eco-Prima Tea, an importer based out of Elmsford, NY.
Baked Goods.
We specialize in muffins and scones of all sorts! Most of our baked goods are made fresh in house daily by our lovely and talented bakers. The Bunbury Muffin is known as a minor celebrity up and down the Hudson River Valley. We also source croissants from Balthazar Bakery.
